Q. Is Starlink any good?
Starlink beats any other satellite internet service hands down. It is faster, more reliable and has much lower latency. Starlink is also often much faster than NBN fixed wireless services.
Q. Is Starlink good for gaming?
Yes. Gaming is great on Starlink. People often play games while others are streaming movies over the same Starlink connection at the same time.
Q. Is Starlink available in the Hunter Valley?
Starlink is available across the whole of the Hunter Valley. You will find the coverage map here
Q. How much does the installation cost?
A standard single story residential installation costs $549. If you require a taller mount due to nearby trees, you will be advised of the cost for your circumstance before any work begins.
Q. Do you supply the starlink dish?
We do not supply the Starlink dish or router. You can order your Starlink kit from Starlink, Bunnings, JB HI-FI, Officeworks, or Harvey Norman
Q. Do you supply the mount?
Yes. The standard mount we supply is included in the price of an installation. We supply everything you need once you have your kit.
Q. What areas do you service?
We cover the local government areas of Cessnock, Dungog, Maitland, Singleton and Muswellbrook. If you are anywhere in the Hunter, we've got you covered.
